Lykos. I’d like to bring her attention to some of the new facts that have been
revealed in SPM’s letter. Please, write to the District Attorney this month!
Mail out a copy of this letter, write one of your own, or print out one of the
downloadable flyers on the sidebar and send that.
Although letters from those of you in Houston are needed,
letters from anywhere in the world will help. They don't need to be long, or grammatically perfect, they just need to be sent. Let the D.A.'s office know that our eyes are on them, and we want to see justice.

I’m writing today about the case of Carlos Coy, case
#908426.
As we become more familiar with the transcripts in this
case, I find myself continually surprised at how the conviction appears to have
been crafted with no regard to justice. The judge attempted to exclude
evidence, a movie that the child had seen, that portrayed the same sexual act
Coy was accused of performing on her.
Although she had not mentioned seeing the movie in court,
the prosecutors were told by the judge to ask her if she had seen it; they
contacted the defense attorney and said she had. In court later, apparently
after discovering what was in the movie, the judge decided not to admit it. The
prosecutors claimed that the child’s mother told them she had not seen the
movie, only the first five minutes. This was later proved false in court, in
front of the judge, but not the jury.
Ma’am, this does not appear to be the pursuit of justice,
but of expediency. Please, take a look at the trial transcript, Volumes 14
& 15, and see what you think. I am committed to gathering and spreading
information about this trial, which I hope will eventually lead to a new trial
for Mr. Coy. I do this because I sincerely his first was a miscarriage of
justice. Please help us; look into this case, and see if it was motivated by a desire
to find the truth, or to gain a conviction.

Hey incandensio can you ask SPM about, why he isnt getting cerdit from other famous rappers or underground rappers from houston or the whole state that he had left something in houston to be known for?. For example Bun B, Slim Thug, Paul Wall, or other well known rappers. I think its bullshit, I know bun b met spm before but who knows they might not like spm.

I've always wondered what some of the mainstream rappers from Tx think about SP. They obviously know who he is especially in Texas he was blowing up and its not everyday that someone releases albums from the cage. not only that but the collabs, the ppl he was affiliated with and Michael watts chopped up the WDS album. But a lot of rappers out there show love to SPM especially the Latin rappers. I've heard tracks from artist from all over the states who shout out free spm. few examples, pillz from 602 mobb, ice, city of houstone records (check them out), nino, DSM from oklas track titled poisonous ft spm (check em out), mr. uniko, dat boi t, lil luck, salmex, graham Kracker from canada (track-pay u back ft spm), j-twiss (track- dope house soldier), felony, the whole dope house.... i can go on and on. theres a lot of ppl show him love. its just hard for a mexican to come up in the game. "they say eses can't rap, guess they never heard an spm track."-dat boi t. but id rather know what spm has to say about lil bing? they are both legends. on a side note i know its hard to find good music out there guys might want to check out Woodie from northern california he was up there with the best.
Yes incandesio wat does sp. Think about bing i remember bing was about to blow up big time but he caught a murder case around the same time spm got lucked up.
yeah bing and spm were going to the top. i can only imagine how different the rap game would've been if they hadn't gotten locked up, would've changed everything. Aside from being featured in the screwston albums and the song rolling i don't know of any other instances that both guys worked together. I know bing came out with a couple of tracks after getting locked up but thats about it. i wonder if they keep in touch somehow or know how each other is doing???

Yeah I must say the bing thing is of topic but can't blame the fans for wanting to know about Sp's opinion on bing. Here in Tex both guys are very well respected and viewed as legends. As a fan I would also like to know but understand the circumstances. So therefore, wouldn't want to waste SPM's time.

Wow, there's a lot of interest in Bing here! I looked into his case very briefly a few months ago, at the request of one of the blog readers. It looks interesting, but at this moment in time my focus is on Carlos Coy's case.
I do send these blog comments in my letters to SPM, so he will get a chance to read your questions.

Hey Incandesio, this is completely un irelevant to this post but I have a story to share that is quite similar to SPM's case. So I have this Aunt, and she does NOT like me, nor does her husband. I have been a horrible nephew, I stole from her, yelled at her, etc. So this Aunt really distrusts me. 3 years ago my aunt had a baby girl, and I loved her to death. I was extremely close with her and if it wasn't for her I would still be a lil punk to this day. I loved her with all my heart. yeterday my mom got a call from my aunt saying that my lil cuz asked her to french kiss her. My aunt stunned says how do you know about that? and she says from (my mom) (me) and her friend from school. I dont know if I need to say this but I HAVE NEVER DONE SHIT TO MY COUSIN IN MY LIFE! that is beyond sick. But my cousin lies ALOT, she'll say that ive hit her, stolen her candy, etc. of course i havent done any of those things but my aunt is very paranoid and believes everything that comes out this kids mouth. And by doing this my aunt is positively reinforcing the idea that lieng is good, and lieng will get mommy worried, so I believe thats why she lies. Anyway my aunt said im never aloud to see my cousin again. Im completely heart broken but the reason Im writing this is that KIDS DO MAKE UP THIS CRAZY SHIT. If my cousin wouldve said I whent to second base with her, I would be in the same spot as SPM right now... scary stuff.

Most people hearing things like that are going to assume that the guy in question did something wrong, without proof or reason. It's just how people respond when they think a child has been mistreated.
