What are your plans for the future? What is some advice you can give or tell little kids? Or everybody in particular. Are you writing a book? If so, keep me updated on that. I'm a huge fan of you, I can relate to the pain, music, and the life you lived.. Your advice is very inspirational, your the reason why I stopped smoking. That would depend on the strength of his narrative. Obviously, we would examine and analyze his side of the story, and then we can discuss how credible it is.
Fact of the matter, we've only heard one side of the story, and that was from the victim. Her story has gone uncontradicted for over 12 years now. Presenting his side of the story would be the first step to proving his innocence. I'd say that's kind of important.

It is a real word, but since the child herself contradicted her own testimony, as did her mother, I believe the word he meant to use was "uncontested."
That's a word the prosecutors used fairly frequently, to emphasize the fact that Coy did not testify in his own defense.
A statement can be 'uncontested' and still bullshit.
