I think it was last year that juan gotti or sumone mention sumthin bout spm gettin out cuz go da girl had turned 18 nd she was gonna say it wasnt true but nothin ever happened. Can that happen if the girl says it wasnt true? Can spm.get released?
The short answer is, probably not. Texas has him incarcerated, they will dowhatever they can to keep him there, including ignoring a recantation by the supposed victim. They've done it in a few of the cases I've written about.
Now, if we get him a new trial, AND the girl recanted, I think that would lead them to drop the charges...But this is Texas, so there are no guarantees.
thank you Incandesio. i know they cant release somebody one day to another with a new confession from the girl, but if its true, well then thats a whole different story.
I'm Luis Torres and would ask if he thinks supreme can be told about your 140 thousand dollar paper that is three years old and if they know about it can they re examine it? And if you get a court date in the end of this year will you get a lawyer from another state like California Los Angeles lawyers we have some lawyers carved out of gold and crystal!
Dont u think that its f..ckd up they didnt put michael jackson in jail for all those reported victims that came out and they had more evidence than spm`s case n they still let him go?why didnt they lock him up? But yet they see one of us mexican makin it big n they take our shit rite quick in a flash man da systems just jackd up........
