It is with great sadness that I announce the end of Eric’s run as Blog Whipping Boy.
Eric has decided that his inability
to mount an effective counterargument makes it necessary to lurk around on myFacebook page and...well, I’m not sure what he’s trying to use the information
for. He’s concocted
yet another imaginary scenario in which
I could call Sylvia Coy and get the transcripts but, for some as-yet undisclosed
nefarious reason, refuse to.
Eric, if you really need me to
explain to you why I will not call a complete stranger and demand expensive
legal documents from her, then you’ll never understand it.
Now, this business of you looking
me up on a public social network; honestly, I don't give a shit. You can “lol
post stuff” from sun-up to sun-down, and it will only serve to increase my
amusement at your general rage-iness. Still, a lot of the people I’ve friended
have pictures of their kids, their homes, and their businesses there, and the
thought of an aggressively foolish stranger wanking off to any of the above is,
as I mentioned before, extremely creepy.
I have come to the conclusion that,
since you’ve moved your arguments from the case to the transcripts, from the
transcripts to my motivations, and now from my motivations to my character, any interest you may add to the discussion is outweighed by the possibility that you're going to go ape-shit and hurt someone (namely me.) I have rebuffed your repeated attempts to meet with
me in person, and still have no desire to do so. If I continue responding to
you online it’s possible that your frustration will become too great for you to
deal with, so we’re done; while I pride myself on my ability to respond to all comers, I don't want to be responsible for a potential case of blog-rage. I’m not going to turn on comment moderation, but I
will delete yours when I find them.
To the people that will come here
in the future after being told by Eric that I banned him because I couldn't
answer his arguments, I invite you to take a look at any of our exchanges and
judge for yourself.

incandesio when you are proving a point during an argument with these ppl its like u win every time lol u know a lot more about the case than I do, the only argument I can win or prove a point is when ppl bring up the two 14 year olds while he was out on bond or the the other girls that testified against him excluding the 9 yr old and jill odom. what do I say to these ppl when they bring that up.

Why even waste breath and time on him? well Eric is entitled to his own opinion just like we are entitled to our own. Carlos never touched that girl, but I know Carlos personally and he did have a thing for young females around the age of 16 and up. Thats a whole different conversation, but he is innocent of the crime he is behind bars for.

It definitely doesn't look great, and I was unhappy when I realized that I had to do it. I love argument, I love disagreement, and I cherish every opportunity I get to defend my beliefs about this case.
Eric has been hovering right on the edge of reason for awhile now, and implying that he could start hitting up my Facebook comes across as an attempt to intimidate. I'm not interested in seeing how much farther he will go.
Do you get that? I'm not worried about him seeing my Facebook, I'm worried about the thought process that lead him there. I'm not going to respond to him because I don't want to contribute to his instability, and I'm not willing to allow him to post here without being able to respond.
Hence, the ban.
Hey guy just wanted to put my 25 cents in. I think it's fair to question the intentions behind banning Eric. That being said, anyone who has TRULY invested time on this blog and read each and EVERY post AND comment, wouldn't. Let me give you a little insight. I don't hide behind the label "Anonymous". Each time I posted on this blog I have given my full name. If you go back to the post and comments that led to this decision, you would have also seen a post be me offering to get Erics contact info so Sylvia could call him. He obvioulsy didn't comprehend I was being rather sarcastic. After he was banned, he actually reached out to me and wanted to know how exactly contacting Sylvia Coy would work. I do know Sylvia. I do have her number. We do talk. I advised him I doubted she would want to speak to a stranger that believed her brother was guilty. Being curious, I ended the message wanting to know what he would say to her? He repiled he would simply request transcripts from her to be handed over to him. The conversation went on with me assuring him I was working on getting transcripts. He went about his response in a manner that made me feel as if I was lying and we were holding back information. He went on to inform me as to how he would present the information if he had his own blog. I told him that, that would actually be a good idea....you know...for him to create his own blog as soon as he got his own transcripts. He kinda flipped it a little and replied that if I was going to get my own copy, he wouldn't need to buy his own and I could hand over my copy. I told him I wouldn't do that. He then went on to assume I'm some kind of broke ass and offered to go half on the cost if money was an issue. I ensured him I wasn't worried about the cost and asked him t not message me again till he had his own copy of transcripts and has launched his blog. The reason I am telling you guys this is so you get into the habbit of being informed before making assumptions about anything. He is going way out of bounds. He continues to attack Incandesio when he has all the resources at his disposal to be able to give his views freely on his own blog. He should be able to create a blog and present his ideas and views there. He also has the same ability to request trial transcripts, pay for them himself and digest the information himself. Incandesio has every right to protect herself if she feels someone is crossing inappropriate boundries, slithering into her personal life would be one of those...don't you think? I would think so. I did talk to Sylvia about it. Anyone that questions that can contact her herself. She's not hard to find. This blog will make people angry....threats will be made and if you guys fail to comprehend the reasons for her blocking Eric then you guys really don't have the mind set to comprehend the true nature of her (Incandesios) intentions for creating this blog and the end result she hopes to accomplish. You guys make it seem as if Eric made one comment and he was then blocked.....if that's the case....go back and read the blog and comments start to finish. Maybe you'll learn something new.
nah this is dumb. i looked thru the posts, everything looked civil and cool to me. i didnt see no cussing and i didnt see no threats. i think incandesio was told by dopehouse and carlos to ban him. thats dumb tho because they need to confront people like eric if they want carlos to be freed.

It doesn't matter that the dude was calm and didn't use profanity, he was trying to get a little to personel with the whole wanting to meet incandesio and creeping around her facebook. That's why i say fuck facebook cuz i don't believe people should put such personel stuff out there like that with all the creepy weird fucks these days. It's cool to use it to keep in touch, but you don't have to put pics of children and fam and talk about what you're doing at every moment. That's just setting yourself up.
